Drage moje! V teh časih samoizolacije, ko nekateri živijo v strahu zaradi zdravja ali ekonomskih posledic, ki jih bo pustil vurus COVID-19, je še toliko bolj pomembno, da stopimo skupaj. Da smo prijazni drug do drugega bolj kot kdajkoli prej. Strpni. Ljubeči. Za kaj točno gre, kako zelo hudo je in kakšna (če sploh) teorija zarote je zadaj, ne vem. Vem pa, da je po bitki lahko biti general, medtem ko jih med bitko zmore biti le bore malo. Kakorkoli, ostanite zdravi in pazite nase kolikor se le da. 
Sem med tistimi redkimi srečnicami, ki ima kar nekaj izjemnih prijateljev in prijateljic okoli sebe... 
Zelo rade se družimo, če nam le čas dopušča in tokratna samoizolacija terja svoj davek tudi tu - da se s svojimi dragimi dekleti ne morem družiti, smejati, jeziti, jokati in preprosto biti jaz - v živo.
In tako me je delo na računalniku odneslo v mapo, ustvarjeno junija 2019, kjer so fotografije večera, preden je moja draga prijateljica Yovi rekla usodni DA! 
Pre-wedding party je potekal v prelepi hrvaški Opatiji. Dostikrat rada rečem da "friends that dress together, stay together". Tako večer kot priložnost sta bila popolna za dolge obleke The Lie by JPZ obleke, dopolnjene s pasovi in torbicami.
Minuli petek sva z mojo drago Natašo Godler iz NatashaSPAce Mediesthetic naredili Insta Live, kjer je bilo govora o garderobni omari, ureditvi le-te, kombiniranju barv, osnovnih kosih... Posnetek bo v kratkem naložen tudi na IGTV, da si ga boste tiste, ki ste zamudile predvsem prijeten ženski večer, lahko ogledale...
In ko smo pri prijetnih ženskih večerih... Drage moje, tiste, ki me spremljate, dobro veste, da vas dostikrat pozivam, da ne iščite izgovorv o tem, kako nimate priložnosti, da bi si oblekle dolgo obleko, nadele nakit in naličile svoj obraz. In sedaj, bolj kot kdajkoli prej, apeliram na vas - ustvarite si priložnost - in to DOMA! To počnete zase, za nikogar drugega, zato apeliram na vas, da si naslednji petek oblečete svojo najljubšo obleko, naredite svoj “killer” make up, zmešate svoje najljubše razmerje gin-a in tonic-a in preprosto uživate v tem, da ste - ŽENSKA!

In the middle of this health scare, more than ever let’s not forget to be kind to one another.
I was worried a bit whether I am not being too extra in these harsh times... But then I figured - f*ck that, I am an artist! And creating stuff for you guys is what I am and what defines me. And since I am not able to execute my usual creative processes, I decided this past Friday to do something different. Creatives are here to make people feel a little less alone, to distract and entertain, so I did my first Insta live with another amazing woman, incredible skin expert, Nataša Godler from NatashaSPAce Mediesthetic. 
I am one of those few lucky women who has some really great friends around...
We love to hang out whenever time allows us, and so the time of self-isolation requires a tax here too - that I cannot hang out with my dear girls, be crazy, laugh, be angry, cry, and simply be me - in person, just sitting next to each other.
And so, working on my computer took me to a folder with beautiful photos, created in June 2019, the night before my dear friend Yovi said I DO.
The pre-wedding party was held in beautiful Croatian saside city called Opatija. I often say "friends that dress together, stay together". Both the evening and the occasion were perfect for The Lie by JPZ long dresses, completed with our statement belts and handbags.
As mentioned before,  Natasha and I did Insta Live this past Friday, where we talked about the wardrobe, how to arrange it, how to combine colors and what are those basic pieces, every woman should have in her closet. It was a perfect Friday night fever, where girls just simply had - FUN.
My dear fashionistas, those of you who follow me, know very well that I often urge you not to look for excuses about not having the opportunity to put on a long dress, wear jewelry and do your glam make up. So now, even more than ever, I appeal to you - create the opportunity - at HOME! You do this for yourself, for no one else, so I urge you to wear your favorite dress next Friday, do your killer make up, prepare your favorite cocktail and just enjoy being - A WOMAN! Let's admit - we all had a tartan dress or skirt when we were 5 years old! And then again when we were 15, going through a pop-punk style phase.  However, there are plenty of ways to wear red plaid that feel downright timeless. It's a must have in every closet, especially now, when festive december is just around the corner and you can have so much fun creating chic and stylish looks with it.  There are plenty of ways to wear the festive fabric without looking like a holiday postcard - style it with jeans pants, leather jacket, wool coat and white shirt or go bold as I love to do and match it with another tartan in different color. Remember - just have fun with it!

My Personal Style: Do Not Disturb Mode Or A Statement Straw Hat August 05 2019, 0 Comments

You are actually saying a lot with what you wear to people around you. By wearing oversized sunglasses and hats you are giving (consciously or subconsciously) the message that you do not want to be disturbed. And I definitely don't like to be disturbed while vacationing, so thank god that straw hats - the bigger, the better -  are a summer! Designed to protect the head from the sun and against heatstroke, straw hats have become also the ultimate decorative element of a summer uniform. Our The Lie by JPZ straw hats are custom made and here's an interesting fact: it takes approximately 5 hours to make the one I am wearing on these pictures. The bigger the brim, the more hours and people it takes to make one!

My Personal Style: Perugia/Italian Days Part 2 May 12 2019, 0 Comments

Ahhh, Perugia. Beautiful Perugia, with outstanding views, famous Perugina factory and delicious Baci chocolate. Despite the April weather in May (from sun, to rain & wind), time spent in this magnificent city truly is a food for your soul. And - mentioning the food - the best homemade pasta (pici or strangozzi), you'll find in Loft cafe and restaurant, just 20 meters away from the main square Piazza IV Novembre towards Piazza Italia. 
So - putting comfort first - for a sightseeing I always go for comfortable looks. I start with sneakers and (most often in spring and summer) sport pants and then I am building up the look with statement pieces, until the final result is CHIC. Amazing bag, jewelry and sunglasses are always a must when transforming a casual look to something extra.

I love incorporating sequins in daily looks. The sun starts to set a little earlier and there’s an undeniable crisp chill in the air... Season of layering and chic outerwear has officially begun!
Yup, fall is around the corner indeed and for many fashion lovers, it's favourite period of the year! Why? Because it's time for some serious layering and layering your clothes is one of the most effective ways to put together a unique and interesting outfit.
When layering, you have to try contrasting colours as well as experiment with different fabrics and textures. Creating contrasts with materials such as wool, leather, fur, silk and knitwear will add an extra dimension to your look. Beside the stylish part, layering is also super practical during transitional weather period, when temperatures tend to vary a lot from morning till dawn. You just take off the coat or jacket and you're quickly adapted for warmer temperature.
In this look, I played with many different materials - leather, faux leather, wool, fur and knit and black colour was a base for the colourful pieces such as our best seller ruffle coat in turquoise, purple python skin boots and or amazing fur collar in beautiful mix of black, silver, purple and blue. Adding an unexpected twist to the look was crucial because of the colour matching, so pop of red zebra pattern in a form of the cutest little clutch, attached to my bigger tote was the perfect eye catching accessory to complement this layered fall look.

Ever since I've visited Romania and Bucharest for the first time, I somehow fell in love with it. Beautiful cities, amazing history, nice people and most outstanding clubs and restaurants with delicious food are the reasons every traveler should visit this great country. And after beautiful cities, there comes luxurious seaside with beautiful Mamaia beach. Considered to be Romania's most popular resort, Mamaia is situated north-east of Constanza's city center on the Romanian Black Sea shore. Populated mostly during the summer, Mamaia is the perfect place for good food and music in stylish beach clubs. From a wide range of exclusive beach clubs, my pick during the day was Fratelli Beach&Club, serving a complete experience: delightful food in a beautifully designed restaurant and cozy big white wooden seats with even bigger umbrellas to protect and give you the much needed shadow from the hot sun. With beautiful beach setting and decor, feel free to go to the beach as chic as you can, since this is is surely the place where you'll see plenty of very good beach looks - yup, Romanian beauties know very well how it's done. The '90s trends made a huge comeback and they are not going away quite yet. And, it's the '90s that I draw inspiration from for my casual look on a ferry boat.
You know, that history tends to repeat itself and the saying definitely holds true in the fashion industry.
Here are a few trends from the '90s, you simply must rock this summer:
CHOKER: do you remember the tattoo style version? I guess we all wore them. The look lives on and you can do it in a more sophisticated way - with a black leather strap or, go even further and choose them in different colours or materials (such as metal) for a truly glamorous appearance.
FLORAL PRINT: the floral print in little daisy prints has made a strong comeback and it's just perfect for romantic summer outfits.
PLATFORMS: Even though you thought you'd never see sky high platforms again, they are BACK! You can certainly go for a more sophisticated version with a block heel.
FLANNEL: nineties grunge is back and more polished than ever, so the flannel shirts are here. Wear it or tie it around your hips for a more super cool look.
DENIM: what are 90's without denim? Well, they don't exist... So, denim jackets, high waisted jeans and hot pants are a must!

Red is the color of extremes. It's the color of passionate love, seduction, violence, danger, anger, and adventure. Having said that, it is the perfect color for Saturday night out and what better way than doing it effortless cool in our luxurious all-in-one.

Yes, jumpsuits are effortless, chic and fun. But there are some good tips and tricks you should follow :

1. Finding a jumpsuit that fits your body perfectly is key to looking polished and put together. Don’t wear anything too tight or too loose.
2. Don’t loose your figure. A lot of jumpsuits have either a cloth belt or you can easily add your own belt to define your waist if the jumpsuit isn’t tailored. Emphasising your waist is a great way to give you that curvy look.
3. A jumpsuit can easily be dressed up for a formal event, when the style of the jumpsuit is appropriate. All you have to do is accessorize it to fit the party.

Dressing up should be fun and you should enjoy in it. And when you mix and match or try to invent new ways of wearing certain pieces - this is when it becomes really fun. 
As many of you, who follow our brand, my work and personal style, may already know, I love mixing different patterns, textures and sophisticated layering. So, today I went for pepita, check and aztec pattern with many layers. Or so it seem, because of this amazing double sided scarf, which is great to elevate your style, especially when worn with a belt, so you can nicely accentuate your figure despite the chunky knits.
And talking of knits - is there anything better in a cold weather than bundling up in a chic chunky knit piece? Nope, I don't think so. It’s the perfect combination of comfort and style and the key to pulling off this trend is mixing up textures and making sure that you don’t drown in your knit piece. My Personal Style: Adding Drama To An Outfit February 04 2016, 5 Comments

Adding drama to an outfit is a fun and exciting way to create interest.  Drama isn’t reserved just for fancy events, but can be applied to everyday style.  Today’s look I added two pieces that create drama – over the knee boots and a flowing trench coat.  Longer length pieces inherently create drama.  My trench creates drama not only because of the length, but also in its movement when it dances with the wind.   For the sake of today’s post, I am focusing on longer length pieces to create dramatic interest.   I chose high boots and a long trench, but also try longer tops (high-low tops work great too), long scarves, wearing a dress as a top paired with pants underneath, or even wearing super long, street skimming flares paired with high heels or platforms to create that extra level of excitement.  When pieces stand apart because of their longer length it creates eye-catching interest and elevates the outfit.

My Personal Style: Travel Outfit - Fall Pattern Mixing & Matching vol. 1 October 24 2015, 5 Comments

It's been quite hectic lately, I am travelling a lot and already got the feeling that I am basically living in my suitcases. But, I love to travel, so I shouldn't complain much.
When it comes to clothing for long hour flights, I definitely prefer comfort, which can also be done in a very trendy way. However, when I fly to a business meeting, I still like to look chic. Being in a fashion business I can afford more relaxed versions of "business" look, or I should better say much more relaxed version.
What I love about fall is that there comes a whole wide spectrum of patterns that are simply not supposed to be worn in the summer, such as check pattern, which I absolutely adore. And also animal prints work much better in fall. So, this time, I went for a lot of patterns at a time - as you see, I paired stripes with check, leopard and even orange zebra pattern! Yes, I admit, I love the pattern drama!
This time, the perfect coat for my business trip to Bucharest became our black wool mid length statement coat, trimmed with black fur from our current FALL WINTER 2015/2016 collection From Russia With Love. It's just so chic, isn't it?
And yes, when travelling, I just love to wear one big bag, where I can put all the necessary stuff (and also those not so necessary, to be honest), such as our Basic Minimalistic Shopper and a smaller one, Where I keep my phone, flight ticket and passport within the reach of hand (because of course, in the big bag, you just simply can not find anything among all that stuff). You know, why wear only one bag, when you can wear two or even the third one, attached to your tote (that is of course, if you do not travel with the low cost airline company, where only one cabin bag is permitted on board – when did the travelling became so stressful???).
