Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 28 days provided they are still in sellable condition ie. the condition in which they were received. Please note that no tags should be removed. We are unable to accept items for return if they do not retain ALL original tags.
Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
On returning your items, you can choose to either be issued with a credit note, to be used on www.thelie-by-jpz.com or to exchange your item. All items come with a dispatch note and invoice with a return form on the back, which must be filled out and returned with the item. Please provide all relevant information including the reason for your return, as this will enable us to deal with it as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.
We advise customers to use a traceable delivery method as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Except in the case of faulty products, customers are obliged to meet all expenses of returning goods.
Once we have received your item, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be processed within 14 days, dependent on your card issuer. The refund will be made to the card used when placing the order and will exclude any delivery charges and card processing charges.
Please note, we cannot accept items which have been previously worn, or where the original The Lie by JPZ packaging is damaged. Labels should not be removed and original packaging should be retained and returned.
Please note, all discounted sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Distance selling regulations
Under the DSR's (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 Act, customers within the EU are entitled to cancel their orders within 7 working days of when they receive their goods, provided that you notify us in writing within that time. Email us at customerservice@thelie-by-jpz.com.
Please state that you wish to cancel your order in accordance with the DSR's.
Please package the relevant goods and send them back to us within 14 days of receipt of the items.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Jerneja Podbevšek Zhembrovskyy, Kotnikova 21, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
All items must be in original, undamaged packaging and must be in perfect, resellable condition. Please note that customers must pay for all delivery charges, as this is not included in orders cancelled in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
We will refund the full value of your order, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
If you are not a customer within the EU, the DSR's do not apply to you, and you should refer to the ‘returns’ section above.
Important information
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on The Lie by JPZ. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all The Lie by JPZ designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Vračilo blaga
Za odpoved naročila veljajo določila splošnih pogojev in veljavna zakonska določila o vračilu blaga. Za vračilo blaga se uporabljajo določila 43. člena Zakona o varstvu potrošnikov, ki določa:
"Pri pogodbah, sklenjenih na daljavo, ima potrošnik pravico, da v 15 dneh podjetju pisno sporoči, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev.
Šteje se, da je sporočilo pravočasno, če je bila poštna pošiljka oddana v roku. Ta rok začne teči naslednji dan po dnevu dobave blaga."
Kupec ima pravico, da v štirinajstih (14) dneh po prevzemu vrne kupljeno blago brez kakršnekoli odškodnine. Vendar je kupec dolžan nositi stroške, ki nastanejo pri vrnitvi predmeta nakupa. O nameravanem vračilu mora kupec pisno obvestiti ponudnika, najkasneje v 14-ih dneh od prejetja blaga, in sicer po pošti ali na kontaktni elektronski poštni naslov: customerservice@thelie-by-jpz.com, blago pa vrniti 14 dneh po poslanem obvestilu o odstopu. Izdelki morajo biti nerabljeni, nepoškodovani in v originalni, nepoškodovani in nepolepljeni embalaži skupaj s priloženo dokumentacijo. Priložena mora biti kopija računa.
Prav tako je treba vedeti, da sklenitev pogodbe na daljavo potrošniku ne daje več pravic, kot sicer sklenitev pogodbe na klasičen način (to je z obiskom v prodajalni). Tako potrošnik ne more in ne sme prejeto blago neovirano uporabljati do odstopa od pogodbe, saj tukaj ne gre za nakup na pokušnjo, kjer je preizkus blaga pogoj za ohranitev pogodbe v veljavi. Potrošnik tako sme opraviti ogled in preizkus prejetega blaga zgolj v obsegu, kot je to nujno potrebno za ugotovitev dejanskega stanja in kot je to običajno v prodajalnah. Vsakršno »preizkušanje« ali celo nošenje, ki odstopa od navedenega, je mogoče šteti za uporabo blaga, kar pomeni, da potrošnik s tem izgubi pravico do odstopa od pogodbe. Pravica do odstopa od pogodbe ne daje potrošniku nobene pravice več, pač pa samo možnost, da tudi po tem, ko že prejme blago, ponovno premisli svojo odločitev o nakupu in v primeru, da je bila ta odločitev prenagljena, spremeni svojo odločitev in odstopi od pogodbe.
Predlagamo, da v primeru vračila blaga kupec izbere pošiljanje z možnostjo sledenja, saj ponudnik ne more prevzeti odgovornosti za blago izgubljeno med pošiljanjem.
Ponudnik vrne celotno kupnino najkasneje v roku 30-ih dni od prejetja vrnjenega blaga.
Postopek zamenjave in vračila blaga
V primeru, da je potrošnik blago že prejel in od pogodbe odstopi, mora blago nepoškodovano in v nespremenjeni količini ter obliki odposlati prodajalcu v 14 dneh po sporočilu iz prejšnjega odstavka, razen če je blago uničeno ali pokvarjeno.
Strošek vračila blaga pri odstopu od pogodbe bremeni potrošnika.
Postopek vračila kupnine
Denar se kupcu vrne takoj, ko je to mogoče, najkasneje pa v 30 dneh po prejemu sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe.
